I don't think you have to be a racer to get a pit pass. But if for some reason you do, we will be there and help you get one. Phone reception is awful at LL but my cell is 864-617-5248 if you need to get a hold of us. Sheri Cannon (aka Cameron's Mom)

Last time I was there you didn't have to be a rider to get a pit vehicle permit. You just have to pay your gate fee and the pit vehicle permit fee.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, which I'm sure someone will, lol. But according to mx sports only racers not day trippers and campers can get a pit pass.

No thats right, I am speaking about a riders family members. If you live in the area or just go for a day or something, you cannot get one.

This is why I'm asking, I read it the same way. Just making sure to cover all angles.

The way I read it, you pay by the car for fans... $25 per day or get a racer to get you a car permit. And only racers can get pit vehicle permits (so if you're a fan, you have to get a racer to get you one). No entry fee per person, just per car. But I truly have no idea since I've never been... just my interpretation of what's posted chillin

Spectators will have to pay to park. 20 buck per vehicle in the past. You have to use a riders name to get a pit vehicle pass. Any violations with that pit vehicle could result in some sort of negative manner towards rider from docking positions, gate pick changes, to disqualification.

This was my exp in the past. Probably still the same now.

Wish I were going; Good luck cam, jessy, and all our other locals that are going. I hope you all ride to your potential!

PIT VEHICLES
Loretta Lynn Ranch is a pretty big place so if you're 18-years and older you can save yourself some walking by either brining your pit vehicle or renting a golf cart for the week. Pit vehicles require a pit permit and are privileges extended to campers and racers only, not day trippers. Pit vehicles include mopeds, scooters, pit bikes, golf carts and mules. No ATVs or 6-wheel Gators are permitted (except by staff, vendors and sponsors).

the way I read it. only day passes are not allowed a pit pass. The last time we camped I had no prob getting a pass, we were not racing. I did have to show an AMA card.

I would NOT attend this event without a pit vehicle. The last time we went they parked us ONE MILE from the track. We soon found our friends who arrived the Wednesday prior and had us a sweet spot close to the track.
